Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship all jewellery orders via Australia Post Standard Shipping with Insurance to ensure safe and secure delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days within Australia, and 7-14 business days international from posted date.
Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Costs
- A flat shipping rate of $20 applies to all orders posting within Australia.
- A flat shipping rate of $50 applies to all orders posting internationally.
- All orders include tracking and insurance for added security.
Insurance & Liability
- All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit.
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with supporting photos and documentation.
- We are not responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
- If you experience delays, please check with Australia Post before contacting our team.
International Shipping
Due to customs restrictions or postal unreliability in some regions, we can’t offer automatic shipping to every country. However, we’re happy to work with you to explore alternative options such as secure courier. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us directly — we may still be able to arrange shipping on a case-by-case basis.
